Return & Claim Policy
Return Policy for Refunds
You may return most items sold by Easytocart.com within 45 days from the invoice date for a full refund. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards( if there is), UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement
At Easytocart.com, we offer a six month warranty for product replacement or exchange. If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused/unopened and within warranty. You will also need to include the item code number of the product you would like to receive. If there is a difference in the cost, please provide a payment method for the difference. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. A replacement can be made for the same product and same brand .
Warranty Information
Please note that we offer a 30 day money back warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.
Return Shipping Cost
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a product to easytocart.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
Return Procedure
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guaranteed return period for the products. All RMA requests must be submitted online (RMA Request). Easytocart.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the outside of the box you are returning to Easytocart.com. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so we can credit you back the correct amount.
Customers are responsible for shipping any returned products to Easytocart.com. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the product being returned. The customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Easytocart.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of any missing parts or components. The same policy applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.
All Clearance products purchased from Easytocart.com will not be accepted for returns.
Claim Policy
Incorrect Delivery & Lost Package Claim
Incorrect Delivery and Lost package Claim, Incorrect delivery is defined as any incident where the carrier delivers the package to the wrong address or individual. Lost package may occur in two ways. First, lost package may occur when packages are not able to be located within the carrier network. Second, a package may be considered lost when the carrier claims delivery was completed by leaving on the doorstep, but the customer can't locate the package, In these situations we will put in a claim with the carrier and reship or refund the item or offer in-store credit once the carrier accepts the claim, it will take approximately 3 to 7 business days to investigate and settle.
Incorrect Parts & Missing Item Claim
It is our goal to supply the correct part every time, however, occasionally a customer will receive a part that is incorrect or be missing parts or items. In any of this situations, please contact us at order@easytocart.com immediately within 5 business days of the delivered date or we will not be able to accept the claim or return.
Missing Part & item Claim Policy
If you have received your order and an item is missing, please prepare the following information and notify us by e-mail immediately to order@easytocart.com. We will start the investigation and get back to you in 2-5 business days.
Your order# and name
A Copy or a scan of the packing slip
Stamp(s) on the packing slip (E.g. PK#, QC#)
Dimension of the shipping box (some boxes has it's dimension printed on the bottom) estimate
A Digital picture of the received item inside shipping box
A Digital picture of the shipping label on box or bag
