Q Do you deliver goods to my country?
A Yes, we ship most countries worldwide with free shipping by Hong Kong Post Airmail.

 

Q I entered the coupon code when I placed the order but it was voided. What should I do?
A You can put the coupon code in the comments which is at the same page of the billing form. We will check and apply it if it is valid, otherwise we will email you.

 

Q Can I place an order over the phone?
A No. To avoid unnecessary miscommunication, discrepancy and/or likely delay, Easytocart does not accept any phone order, please place order through our secured online shopping system.

 

Q How can I receive your coupons?
A We will email you our newsletters with free coupon codes and other special offers weekly.

 

Q What is my credit card ID or CVV2 Code?
A On the back of your credit card, last 3 digits for Visa, Master.

 

Q Do you accept purchase orders?
A We have a whole sale department, and if your order is over $1000, you may email to order@easytocart.com, we will reply you in 1 business day.

 

Q What can I do if my credit card is declined?
A Your order will be cancelled. Please check with your bank, and place another order again.

 

Q How can I place an order using my in store credit?
A Place the order on line, and put the note in your comments field, "I have $xxx in store credit from order#xxxxx, please apply." Then our CSR who charges the order will apply the credit for you. If for some reason that your in store credit is not applied this time, it will be applied to next order. There is no expiration date for In-store Credit.

Q How do I search for a product?
A Put the item number or description in the Search Box.

 

Q How can I add an item to my shopping cart?
A After you choose an item, click on the link of Keep Shopping.

 

Q Is your website secure? Why do I receive a securty alert?
A Yes, our website is secure. You can go to our privacy policy page for more secure information.

 

Q Why is the listed price higher than before?
A Just as anywhere you can purchase products, they have promotions and sales. Price is subject to change everyday.

 

Q Can I place an order for an item that is on backorder?
A No, there is no order button for you to place a backorder, and we can't do that either on our end.

 

Q Can you ship out by my FedEx or UPS account?
A We don't recommend you to do that.

 

Q Why didn't I receive a discount after I used the coupon?
A Either the coupon has expired already, or you entered the invalid coupon code. Please give our CSR the coupon code. We will check and apply if it is valid.

 

Q Can I use two different coupon codes for one order?
A No, only one at a time.

 

Q If I choose Paypal as my payment methods, can I ship to different address beside the Primary Paypal confirmed address on file?
A By selecting the PayPal payment option, you authorize Easytocart.com to send your order to the address as provided by the PayPal receipt. You understand that the shipping address cannot be modified so please make sure the PRIMARY, CONFIRMED PAYPAL address is correct prior to submitting payment.

 

Q What can I do if my shipping address is not the PayPal Confirmed Address?
A We ship all PayPal orders to Confirmed Shipping Address only. If you want to ship to a different address, please update your PayPal Confirmed Address before sending us payment.

 

Q How do I check my order status?
A You will get an Order Number after you place your order. If you provide your email address, you will receive an email confirmation from us, which contains a URL that shows the current status for your order. When your order has been shipped, we will provide you the tracking# on the order status page with which you can trace your order. If you have any question regarding your order status, please email order@Easytocart.com so that we can check it out for you right away.

 

Q I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
A Please email order@Easytocart.com with your order# and name.

 

Q I want to change my order information or make some changes to the items I ordered. What should I do?
A Please email order@Easytocart.com to change your order information. If you want to change to a new item or the quantity of the items, our best suggestion for you is to cancel the existing order and place another one.

 

Q Why didn't I receive confirmation after I placed my order?
A Maybe your email address is invalid, or your order did not go through. Call CSR to check.

 

Q When will I receive my package if I place an order today?
A It takes 24-48 hours for us to process your order, and then depends on the shipping method and the shipping address of your order; the maximum delivery time is 7 days, and most will be received in 2 weeks by free Hong Kong Post Airmail shipping..

 

Q I found one item missing from my order. What should I do?
A Please call or email your missing item, also you need to provide us some necessary information that can be found on the invoice with the shipment, such as package size, color of the check mark on your invoice, and sometimes we will require you to fax in the original invoice. It will take 7 business days to investigate and resend or refund to you.

 

Q After I ordered a product the price for that product dropped. Can I get an in store credit for the difference?
A If we have dropped the price before we shipped out your order, we will give you the difference as the in-store credit. However if your order had already been on the way, there is no difference to be refund.

 

Q My order was cancelled while my credit card had an authorization hold. When will I get a refund?
A After you place the order, the amount has been authorized. If your order had been cancelled, the amount will be released to you account within one week.

 

Q Why do you charge credit cards before shipping out merchandise?
A When we charge your order, our inventory shows this item is still available; however, on this particular day, this item was ordered a lot, therefore, by the time the warehouse is ready to ship your order, the item is already out of stock.

 

Q Can you re-ship my order if the package did not arrive at my address?
A If customer gave the incorrect shipping address, we will charge the shipping fee for re-send.If we typed the wrong address, we will re-ship the order without any additional fee.

 

Q Where do I get an RMA number?
A Go to the website, and you will find the submission link on your right hand upper corner. Just to fill out the RMA request form. You need to read the return policy before you fill out the form. Once you filled out the form, you will get an email response within 24 - 48 hours, and the instructions of the return and RMA# will be included in the email.
